What is Vitacost Omega-3s?
Vitacost Omega-3s is a superior fish oil supplement derived from Wild Alaskan Salmon oil. Included is vitamin D.
Omega fatty acids are essential to the body and must be obtained through diet. The best source is fatty fish such as salmon, but they can also be found in flaxseed, walnuts and soybeans. Most people do not consume enough omega-3-rich foods and may benefit from taking a supplement.
As a dietary supplement, take 2 softgels daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Pregnant or lactating women, those with diabetes, hypoglycemics, and people with known medical conditions and/or taking drugs should consult with a licensed physician and/or pharmacist prior to taking dietary supplements. Keep out of reach of children.
