I find this to be a much better product that the one offered by Life Ext. (the "Essen. Youth" one)... first of all, it's organic, but also... it's kinda tough to find Oyster Mushroom supplements of any kind these days. Why youngin's are packin' more Ergothioneine is beyond me, but might as well compensate as best we can.

Mushrooms were the ancient past--and are now the bright future--of supplementation. Who doesn't want to be healthier--and for longer? I've only been taking ERGO+ for a couple of weeks but wow, I am already noticing that I have more energy. Real Mushrooms are an amazing company with fantastic products--all fruiting bodies, no mycelium. I plan to take this for a year and see how I feel. I am also taking several of their other mushroom extracts and the price is pretty good considering the high quality. I just wish they were always in stock.

I am not a scientist but I do feel this nutrient is working on me in the way it has been advertised. And for certain it has not caused me any problems as some new nutrients I have tried have done.
